Nichole Shanley, Coeur d’ Alene Idaho

Representing North Idaho homeowners and buyers in the Northern portion of our beautiful state.  Nichole’s creative, enthusiastic and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desire, as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and charter.

Raised in North Idaho herself, Nichole understands the numerous intangible benefits of the Inland Northwest with its unmatched seasonal weather, culture and diversity.  Educated at Washington State University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1997.   She’s worked in a local family business for most of her career, specializing in customer relationships.

A very active and connected community volunteer with the Coeur d’Alene School District, Nichole is looked to by many in the community she lives and works in as a person who is reliable, honest and of very high integrity.  Nicholes contacts and lifelong area residency leverage her high energy and enthusiasm, enhancing her client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals.

Nichole showcases her homes on her website and utilizes a team of professional service providers such as a photographer, highly regarded staging companies, virtual tour providers and graphic designers to assist in marketing her client’s properties.
